My Story:
I have over 12 years’ experience in building construction industry specialized in Project & Risk Management. My portfolio includes luxury high-rise residences, public infrastructure, office towers & shopping mall.
The first major financial lesson that I have learnt, it was when my first investment went south, I had no idea on how to manage my cash flow and that investment turned into a bad debt! Through guidance from FinAIMS coaches, my cash flow turned positive and debt level returned to a manageable level. I have learnt that one must gain control over his/her money, the lack of it will forever control you!
Today I have a certification of Financial Planning, focusing on Investment Portfolio Management & Risk Management. I am a firm believer that financial discipline is a must to meet one’s financial aims. Presently I am helping clients to create both short and long-term portfolios, diversifying through different asset classes to meet their aims.
