20th of the month. Every RSP setup before 20th will start on the same month. Those RSP setup after 20th will only start by the following month.

Where can I get the forms for both UT and PRS investments?
Can I submit the client’s contact details form via email? If yes, what is the email address?
Yes, you can. Do email the scan copy to email@example.com

Can I fill in the multiple funds switching transaction from same investment account for a client in a transaction form?
Yes, you can. It is allowed to have maximum 3 switching transactions per form.
What are the steps if the client must update his / her latest details and portfolio correction on the same time?
First, submit the Change of Contact Details Form and check in AssistPro after 2-3 working days to confirm the changes are updated.
Second, proceed to do the rest of the submissions as usual.
What is the email address for UT & PRS submission during lockdown period?
*Note: Submission before 12pm will do the verification call on the same day 2pm. If not, the verification call will only be made by the following day 2pm.
Can I have my personal EPF i-Invest website page?

Does client’s EPF i-Invest transactions reflected in AssistPro and PDA?
Yes, it will reflect in AssistPro within 2-5 working days but it will not reflect in PDA.
How do I buy into other service provider fund if I already have PAM funds and add on other fund choice within PAM?
1. Go to Homepage: https://www.ppa.my/
2. Click the "Online Enrolment" blue icon on the top right homepage
3. Fill in the required details - name as per IC, phone no & email address
4. Will receive an email from PPA ask to verify your email address
5. Once email is verified, will request you to upload your IC copy (MUST in JPEG format)
6. Will direct you to PPA website to choose fund(s) under new fund provider (e.g., Public Mutual)
7. After choosing fund(s), will need to do a payment, with minimum amount RM100. Maximum amount is RM3000, choose the amount that you want to pay.
*Note: The amount paid will only credit into your new account once the account is approved. It takes up to 7 working days to approve the application.
Can my spouse contribute to the PRS on my behalf?
First time contribution must use the person back account to do the payment, then the following transactions can use spouse's bank account to do transaction coz consider as top-up.
For example, wife opens a PRS account and the first amount of money that goes into wife PRS account must come from wife bank account. Then, the following transactions (if any) can be from spouse bank account.
Can third party payment be allowed if the transaction is done via the PPA website?
No 3rd party payment is allowed.
Can payment for PRS be made from a joint account?
Payment via joint account is not allowed.
For new PRS client onboarded manually, do we just submit the Joint Account Opening form with the funds selection OR do we need to also submit the Contribution Form as well?
Do submit the Joint Account Opening Form with 3 pages (All in One).
