My story:
 

KC (Low Kok-Chang) is a licensed Financial Consultant (FIMM F01092942), award-winning learning strategist and trainer with over 20 years of experience across financial services, fintech, multinational corporations, government, and non-profit sectors across Southeast Asia and beyond. 

A father, investor, and mentor, KC is driven by a clear purpose: to help individuals, families, and organisations build financial confidence and long-term resilience—anchored in clarity, discipline, and sustainable decision-making. Drawing from his deep exposure to financial institutions and leadership environments, he brings a practical, human-centered approach to financial literacy, wealth planning, and behavioural decision-making—translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.

As a Certified Hogan Assessor and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, KC has held senior leadership roles in learning, talent, and culture transformation within regulated financial environments. He has designed and delivered large-scale learning strategies, leadership and performance programs, onboarding journeys, and capability-building initiatives that strengthened workforce readiness and customer-centric outcomes. His work has been recognized with multiple industry awards and has led to invitations to speak at platforms such as SkillsFuture Singapore and the Microsoft HR Summit.

KC holds an International Master’s in Regional Integration (First Class Honors) from the Asia-Europe Institute, University of Malaya, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He continues to deepen his professional practice through executive education with Wharton Executive Education, Forrester, and the Human Capital Institute (HCI), reflecting his commitment to lifelong learning, professional rigor, and sustainable impact.
